I hope you and your family are doing well during this time. I’m SURE you are missing travel as much as we are and we are doing our best to keep planning away! You will see that we have open trips for 2022 and we are hopeful that you can join us!
The last few years have been a confusing, frustrating, and challenging time for all. Many of us have had to cancel our travel plans, have lost money on non-refundable bookings. It’s hard to have perspective during a time of uncertainty.
Being able to travel to Italy in September of 2021 was such a refreshing thing, rules and regulations are constantly changing but they ARE manageable. The most important this to know for now is that if you are not vaccinated, you will find it very difficult to travel to any part of Europe. For now, your CDC white vaccination card holds the same weight as a European Green Pass which allows you into restaurants, museums, on trains etc.
I want to remind you of our cancellation and refund policy:
There is well over a year’s worth of time and planning that goes into making these events successful. There is a nonrefundable deposit at the time of sign up to make sure those signing up are serious about securing their place, this deposit is used immediately to secure our lodging, shuttles, etc. The event venue, hotels, excursions, and classes are planned well in advance and do have specific deadlines and/or policies and therefore are not refundable after a certain point. (Similar to Airbnb) We understand that things come up and something may happen to prevent you from attending. For this reason, we also REQUIRE trip insurance Fortunately, there is now trip insurance that can help cover the pandemic.
We have a NEW partner Travel Agency that can answer any questions and get you the right trip insurance. Please feel free to contact Irma Lanaro, she can also help you arrange hotels for extending your stay as well as airfare. Her email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
With Love and Gratitude,
